“The people at WESST haven’t just told us what to do; instead they have taught us about business so that we have the knowledge and confidence to make business decisions ourselves.”
Shortly after our move to Roswell from southern California, we became aware of WESST from other small business owners around town. We visited the Roswell office and found out about all the services they provide. Working on WESST’s advice, we opened a space in the Roswell Antiques Mall where we are once again able to offer our Science Fiction and Fantasy-related collectibles. We hope to be able to open our own storefront on Main St. in the near future, so we can expand our business and also offer local merchandise catering to the “alien capitol of the world” market. Our thanks to Anthony Urquidez and Cindy Wilson at the Roswell WESST Office.
The SEO work that you did for my firm a while back is still paying dividends. I’m getting all sorts of inquiries from around the world, based on their keyword searches. It’s attributable to solid SEO on the site.
WESST has been with me from the beginning of my business, through the good times and the lean, always partnering with me for my success. They are real people who really care. I will continue to recommend them to all my business clients for Marketing, SEO, small business loans as well as good, solid, smart advice.
One of the hardest things about being an entrepreneur (with no employees) is finding someone who will listen and can offer valuable ideas and suggestions. WESST fills that space. I’ve been a client since their inception. First in Las Cruces and now in Santa Fe. Jennifer Craig is a fountain of knowledge, support and encouragement. Now, in Santa Fe, Bette Bradbury is right on hand with her expertize. The seminars and trainings are timely and helpful and offer important opportunities for networking. Both have helped me get my work up and runnning. WESST is the entrepreneur’s friend and I am a grateful and appreciative client.
Our company came to the WESST Enterprise Center in hopes of learning business practices that would help strengthen and grow our company during the coming years. We were looking for advice on accounting, human resource management, company structure, and sales development. Through the WESST staff and the WESST Enterprise Center partners we have found valuable guidance in these areas. This has helped our company continue on a path of increased growth, while also preparing for the future.
WESST helped me to realize my dream of owning my own business. I never thought I could, and here I am today! I am now expanding my business and employ over 10 people. Thank you WESST.
Thanks for being our long-time supporters. WESST provides an invaluable service to small businesses in New Mexico.
WESST gave us the loan we needed to start our first restaurant. Business went so well, we expanded and opened a second location just this year. Thanks for giving us the capital and support we needed to start and grow our restaurant business.
Thanks to WESST’s SEO work, my business has gone from using my website as a glorified brochure with zero sales, to a primary source of income with 80% of my sales coming from direct searches to my site. This has saved me thousands of dollars in traditional print advertising and conferences, and makes the sales and marketing process seem effortless and enjoyable.
Bette, Nina, and Nancy, on behalf of the Abiquiu Workshops, I want to thank you for helping make a dream become a reality. Your knowledge, support, and belief in my business has played a major role in its fruition. With your help, our first season of art workshops is off to a great start.
Your keyword research and the website report that I received from you is now my outline for both SEO growth and product sales. I can now see my business and web presence from the outside, as my clients would. In the first week after implementing your suggestions, my website appeared more professional, new clients found me and sales increased. Thanks, Clare!
In 2001, I participated in WESST’s MARKETLINK Program in Las Cruces, NM. Led by Southwest Regional Manager Jennifer Craig, the classes exceeded my expectations. Despite a full-house classroom, Jennifer provided individualized, one-on-one attention, inspiring and encouraging us to set and reach our personal goals. Jennifer is a dynamic leader and mentor and driven to help students and clients succeed.
