Robbins Ranch Art Glass

Dana and Karen established Robbins Ranch Art Glass in 1998 in Stanley, New Mexico. They created a business on an old family cattle ranch that was originally homesteaded by Dana’s Great Grandfather in 1918. An old pole barn that used to hold hay for cattle was a wonderful space to put in a hot shop, so that is what they decided to do. For over 20 years at the Robbins Ranch, these two have been working together blowing glass full time, creating a variety of artwork including sculptures, architectural elements, decor items, functional art and specialty ornaments. The majority of their work is hand blown glass, but Dana also creates a line of wearable, fused dichroic glass jewelry set in hand fabricated sterling settings.

LadyJennD Mixed Media Collage Creation
Owner: Jennifer DeSantis

Jennifer DeSantis is a self-taught mixed media collage artist that you may know by her moniker, “LadyJennD”.

The creation of art has always been a form of self -therapy for Jennifer. Her process of creating mixed media collage has always been a form of creation out of destruction. By taking images and texts from publications, she destroys their original intention, and creates a whole new meaning and context for them to exist. Much like a DJ remixes songs and sounds, LadyJennD is a “Visual DJ”, remixing images and words.  The goal of Jennifer’s art is to pull the viewer into the piece, making them want to grasp and explore it, and hopefully to find some kind of inner healing.
