Everyone negotiates daily.
It can be a very complicated process.
This workshop is not to be considered a replacement for the in-depth study of negotiations; in fact many schools offer curriculums devoted to creating and enhancing negotiating styles and outcomes.
Negotiating Skills for Women Level 2 explores:
- Different negotiating styles
- Interaction between entities with similar or totally different styles
- Importance of researching and understanding the individuals/entities with whom/which you are negotiating
- Some techniques to use to create a productive negotiating environment
This workshop is a venue to enhance and explore understanding of the basics of negotiating, the importance of research and the potential impact of varying styles interacting.
