- A safe environment to practice your negotiating style(s) and to identify which styles work most productively with the style of your opposite negotiator(s)
- An opportunity to explore and identify important outcomes for your practice negotiating sessions
- Perspectives and feedback from a range of skill sets among your practicing peers
- Ability to identify your comfort level with situations you thought might be beyond your control but with thoughtfully researched change(s), may improve your potential to achieve the outcomes you desire
