All requests must be submitted five (5) business days prior to the event start date.
Responsibility for clean-up of the event is that of the group/business hosting the event. If the group/business is unable (or fails) to do their own clean-up, a cleaning fee will be billed by WESST.
Cancellations and/or changes made less than 24 hours prior to the event may incur additional fees for equipment, labor and other services.
There are no restrictions on non-alcoholic beverages. If alcohol will be served at the event, a CERTIFIED bartender must be provided by group/business. Verification will be required prior to event.
Group/business is responsible for providing their own capacity to connect to existing A/V (laptop, HDMI cable, etc.) WESST is unable to provide laptops, cables or IT support.
