WESST is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating entrepreneurship and strengthening New Mexico’s small business economy. Founded in 1989 by women for women, WESST now proudly serves all New Mexicans through an inclusive, community-centered approach. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and sustain strong businesses through consulting, training, incubation, and access to capital—building both financial and human capital to create lasting economic opportunity. WESST operates regional Women’s Business Centers and programs across the state, including Albuquerque, Farmington, Hobbs, and Las Cruces.
