AGA Smör is a Santa Fe, New Mexico based business with Swedish influence making artisanal seasoned butters in a variety of unique and culturally inspired flavors with the goal of enhancing meals and simplifying the daily cooking experience. Our product uses locally sourced produce and partners with many local businesses to create an artistic culinary product. The artisanal butter has been well received and growth is the goal.

The varietals vary from the spicy red and green chile found in New Mexico, to the flavors of Sweden, including dill, anchovy, and cardamom. The butters can be used as spreads, enhancers and finishers.
