Booth Spaces
Booth spaces will be approximately 10 feet x 10 feet. WESST cannot provide booth materials such as tents, draping, tablecloths, lighting, chairs, etc. We can provide 6-foot tables upon request. Do you need us to provide a table for you?

Accepting Payments:
WESST can provide limited access to its wi-fi network, but otherwise cannot provide computers or other equipment used to make sales. Do you have your own point-of-sale system (like Square) or another way to accept payments?

Please Note:

All exhibitors will need to have business insurance and will need to add WESST as an additional insured. Details will be included in acceptance materials.

There is a $25 FEE for exhibiting. If accepted into the show, you will receive details on load-in/set-up times. The hours will be from 11p – 4p but set-up and tear-down will occur in the morning and evening, respectively. No art or products may be left on the premises.

This is a juried show; applications will be evaluated by a jury of WESST employees. Priority will be given to existing WESST clients who have engaged with WESST (attended a class or consulting appointment) in the last year. It is possible that we will include non-clients in the show if space is available. We will be seeking to create a diverse product mix for the Pop-Up Shop as a whole, and allow as many clients as possible to participate.
