We are thrilled to announce that WESST was named the winner of the 2024 SBA New Mexico Microlender of the Year award! Our Lending Team includes Sandro Tonini (VP of Lending), Melissa Williams (Loan Operations Officer), Teresa Rodriguez (Bilingual Loan Assistant), Adriana Martínez Guzmán (Special Programs Manager), and Humberto Hijar (Financial Capability Consultant). For over 60 years, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has celebrated National Small Business Week (NSBW), which honors outstanding entrepreneurs and spotlights our nation’s 33 million small businesses. This annual tradition recognizes the hard work, ingenuity, and dedication of America’s small businesses, and celebrates their contributions to the economy. NSBW will be celebrated this year from April 28–May 4, 2024. We look forward to celebrating this accomplishment at the 2024 SBA New Mexico Small Business Awards Breakfast on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 along with the other 10 award winners, which include New Mexico small business owners, lenders, and small business advocates.
