Hailey embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at a young age, focused on crafting and selling exquisite stone and crystal jewelry, alongside other distinctive handmade items.

Constrained by health challenges, she found herself unable to thrive in a conventional education environment, but she was resolved to dedicating her time to creating artisan products. The opportunity for Hailey to manage her own business has provided her with a valuable outlet, allowing her to be productive on her own terms while fostering connections with others.

Hailey attended a variety of WESST trainings, acquiring knowledge on business formation, product photography, and financial literacy. She learned to track her finances and identify her target market, which has been pivotal in increasing her sales.

“WESST has been instrumental in enhancing my marketing strategies and assisting me in establishing my Facebook page. I actively participate in their market events, which not only helped me increase my sales but also created a space for engagement with new customers. Alyssa guided me in designing my logo and aided in naming my business. Over the past two years of owning my business, I have gained significant insights into my clientele.”
