Staff Spotlight – Bette Bradbury

Meet Bette Bradbury, the WESST Santa Fe Regional Manager and one of the longest employees at WESST (23+ years).  Bette is a healthy and active wife, mother and grandmother, she loves to read, run, garden, travel and golf, and particularly enjoys rowing at sunrise on Cochiti Lake. She is a serial entrepreneur to boot!

What made you want to come to work for WESST?

An organization where I could use my life and business skills to help other women.

What was your very first job?

At eleven I started a neighborhood daycare with a girlfriend.

What’s your favorite part of working here?

Love the variety of client needs and the collective resources to serve them.

What do you do when you’re not working?

Read, play golf, travel, go to the gym, dine, listen and learn, and have family adventures.

What do you wish people knew about WESST?

WESST is a listening, educating, and relationship driven org with regional personalities to serve the needs of different diverse communities.
