Seré Consulting

Updated: Oct 11

When Rosario Rubio was opening her business in 2022, she reached out to WESST to find support and resources. Rosy is a native of New Mexico and the daughter of immigrant parents from Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. After spending the better part of the past four decades in the non-profit sector focused on development disabilities, she established her consulting business, Seré Consulting, LLC.

Rosy has specialty training in topics like Effective Communications: DISC and Purposes in Life and learned that many businesses were not as open to having external trainers and facilitators provide trainings. “Training budgets are usually the first to get slashed when working with budget constraints,” says Rosy.

Working together with WESST, Rosy has been able to focus on building relationships in her community by introducing herself and Seré’s options to help local businesses.

Seré Consulting strives to equip companies and individuals to find their purpose, size possibilities, and intentionally pursue their calling. Seré is a Spanish word that translates to “I will be.” Rosy knew her entrepreneurship journey would be one of intention and discovery.
